Diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder?

Bipolar 2 means you have hypomanic episodes but not full blown mania... so it is less severe than mania. Also in Bipolar 2 you tend to have more depression but that isn't a rule.... the only difference is in the severity of the mania. Bi[polar 2 = mild mania, Bipolar 1 = severe mania.
