My car is wobbling at lower speeds... and loose change sound in the front going over bumps ...why?

do you have hub caps? if so did they tighten the hub cap lock? If so check to be sure the lug nuts are tight and to specs. I don't mean to sound anal but its a good idea to tighten the lug nuts to the right amount to avoid a wobble from them over tight
