My Leopard Gecko squeaked?

It has been twice that ive heard my leopard gecko made a squeaky noise; once she threw up right after ( I was trying to get her to eat because when I got her she was extremely malnourished, but that was long ago), and recently. Since her recovery she seems very active and healthy, but does her squeak mean that something is bothering her? This time I noticed she was watching my other gecko in the neighboring cage when she did it. Do they communicate vocally?
