Will Sprint replace my phone?

I have a BlackBerry style, and have had it for about 4 months now, and its falling apart. The battery cover always just randomly falls off, The flip hinge squeaks when I open/close it, and its laggy as heck. I don't have insurance, but i was wondering if sprint would replace my phone anyways?
