What is this toy?? I can't remember what it is called.?

So I had this toy when I was a kid and I don't remember what the heck it is called. I had a soft body and a plastic head with a the same kind of hair that troll dolls have, speaker looking things for ears, a long thin neck, and when you shook it it made squeaked. Does anyone know what this is?
