Mature/experienced please help: How can I get the tampon to insert correctly?

When I first started using tampons it took me two months to finally start feeling comfortable putting them in so It will take a couple of cycles. I would use the ones with the plastic inserts those ones are a lot easier and more comfortable to put in. Start out using the ones for "light" periods those ones are a lot skinnier and won't hurt as much as the thicker ones used for "heavier" days. Tampons will be your best friends when you start getting used to them!
