How can I reduce the size of a big pimple on my nose?

I have a huge disgusting pimple on the right side of my nose and its super embarrasing and makes me so self concious. I've steamed my face and used Clearasil ultra daily cleanser which is what I always use and my skin is great exept for the big pimple on my face. I've also put ice on it but it doesen't go down much. I also have a red spot on my right cheeck that is a little painful asi its another one coming out. Please help me guys what can I do?
