What happens if im sued for cc debt and have no job or assets ?

My bf and I had several credit cards together. He was the main user on them and I was a joint on some. He could no longer pay them so he had to file bankruptcy. When he filed on the ones that I was a joint on with him that then put the debt on me. There was no way I could pay them bc I am unemployed and have been since April of 2007. At that time I also decided to quit paying on the two cards I had in only my name as well, one of them being with Capital one. They are now sueing me ..the others have tried ..or started to as well but when I sent them a letter asking them to produce the documents including the signed contract with them they failed to do so.. knew they arnt supposed to go any farther with it if they cant produce those documents..but it has not stopped capital one. The only documents they have sent are my credit card statments with them. They already sent the summons and complaint which i answered ..then they sent the first set of interrogatories which I answered as well saying in everything that I was not going to admit or deny anything until they produced more proof or documentation for the debt. Now I got a letter from them in the mail basically threatening to take me to court over it and saying that they have produced enough proof for me. Im not working asI already mentioned .. I do not have a vehicle or any assets in my name...and Im 9 mons preg..I live with the same bf iv been with and he supports me and our kids. If capital one does decided to actully take me to court what is going to happen ? Is there anything for them to actully gain from me? What will the judge most likley say when he learns of my situation? will he make me get a job???or can they ? I dont plan on getting a job anytime soon. Child care is to expensive and in the end it is best for me to just stay home with the kids. Theres no way I can come up with money to try and settle with them esp at this point.
