Would you ever buy these smartphone apps?

Hi.Before buying any app I highly recommend looking at the user reviews first.Then based off that see how users like the app or didn't like it.If it is high rating with good starts and of course good reviews from people,then i would go for buying it.If bad reviews and not good stars,don't buy.
