Why is my guinea pig constantly squeaking or crying?

its them calling you to get them food =] mine did this for grass as soon as i gave them grass they were quiet, i keep there pellets in my cupboard and every time i open it they scream for it nothing to worry about hes just calling his mummy "you" for food =]
