Weird sound coming from my car when i drive and turn?

i have a 94 toyota corolla. this sound started yesterday when i was driving on the high way its a constant squeaking or grinding noise coming from my front tires. and when ever il turn a little more to each way it stops. but when i turn left i gets louder to a groaning noise. im just wondering what it could be im thinking break pads or the front rotors.
