STRANGE BLACK CAT-LOOKING ANIMAL WITH AN ANNOYING SQUEAK IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD?

i have no idea what this animal is, i don't think it's a cat but i have no idea what it could be pleas help!! It keeps going in and out of these bushes and whenever it comes out it makes the most annoying squeak i have ever heard any ideas what this animal might be??
