Do you know anyone who can unlock it?

I recently posted a question about my radio in a 03 micra. The best answer came back saying I would need to get it reset asi had tried leaving it to "wait 1 hour " for several hours at a time with the car running. Does anyone know sombody who can do this and are based within a 50 mile radius of Dublin?
